Black stone of kaaba Idolatry by Muhammad

There is no doubt that before Muhammad entered Kaaba, the Kaaba was controlled by pagans or idol worshipers. Quraysh tribe was very influential in Makkah at that time and they controlled the Kaaba. Quraysh were idol worshipers and Kaaba was a house of idolatry. Kaaba contained idols of various Gods which pagans uses to worship.
When Muhammad defeated the pagans only after that he got hold of Kaaba. In the conquest of Mecca many pagans were killed and Muhammad and his army won.

After the battle, along with his companions Muhammad visited the Kaaba. The idols of pagan gods were broken and destroyed. Thereupon Muhammad recited the following verse from the Quran (Surah 17 Verse81 ):
"Say, the Truth has come and falsehood gone. Verily falsehood is bound to vanish.

See in the name of religion, just because he considered every other religion false he killed the kafirs and spread Islam.
Clearly kaaba was looted from the pagans by Muhammad and his army.

Sahih Bukhari (One of the most authentic Hadith  and Muslims follow this Hadith)

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 26, Number 673
Narrated by Salim that his father said
I saw Allah's Apostle arriving at Mecca; he kissed the Black Stone Corner first while doing Tawaf and did ramal in the first three rounds of the seven rounds (of Tawaf).

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 26, Number 675
Narrated by Zaid bin Aslam from his father who said:
"Umar bin Al-Khattab addressed the Corner (Black Stone) saying, 'By Allah! I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Prophet touching (and kissing) you, I would never have touched (and kissed) you.' Then he kissed it and said, 'There is no reason for us to do Ramal (in Tawaf) except that we wanted to show off before the pagans, and now Allah has destroyed them.' 'Umar added, '(Nevertheless), the Prophet did that and we do not want to leave it (i.e. Ramal).'

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 26, Number 667
Narrated by 'Abis bin Rabia
'Umar came near the Black Stone and kissed it and said "No doubt, I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit anyone nor harm anyone. Had I not seen Allah's Apostle kissing you I would not have kissed you."

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 26, Number 679
Narrated by Zaid bin Aslam that his father said
"I saw 'Umar bin Al-Khattab kissing the Black Stone and he then said, (to it) 'Had I not seen Allah's Apostle kissing you, (stone) I would not have kissed you.' "

A man asked Ibn 'Umar about the touching of the Black Stone. Ibn 'Umar said, "I saw Allah's Apostle touching and kissing it." The questioner said, "But if there were a throng (much rush) round the Ka'ba and the people overpowered me, (what would I do?)" He replied angrily, "Stay in Yemen (as that man was from Yemen). I saw Allah's Apostle touching and kissing it."

The followers of Muhammad were not comfortable with Muhammad kissing the black stone, they started questioning it, because this was a sheer act of idolatry.
Idolatry is extreme admiration, love, or reverence for some physical thing ie; idol.
But just because Muhammad touched and kissed that stone his followers also did the same.
The black stone was already there in the Kaaba and the pagans used to worship it, it belonged to the pagans. Many say that the black stone resembles Women's Vagina and pagans use to worship such things.

In order to justify Muhammad’s act of idolatry, some Muslims say that the building of the Kabah and the placement of the black stone was done by Abraham and his son Ishmael, since they erroneously believe that the latter settled in Mecca. The idea here is that Muhammad couldn’t have committed idolatry for kissing a stone placed there by his alleged ancestor Abraham under the direct orders of God.

There are three main problems with this Muslim logic. First, there is no evidence that Abraham and Ishmael ever went to Mecca, or that they were the ones that originally built the Kabah. Apart from the statements of the Quran, Muslims are unable to provide any biblical or pre-Islamic evidence for this claim.

Second, Abraham would never have placed a black idol for his descendants to kiss, especially when the same God who spoke to him had this to say to one of his descendants regarding the kissing and worshiping of visible objects:

"And God spoke all these words, saying, ‘I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them or serve them; for I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.’" Exodus 20:1-6

"Remember the day you stood before the LORD your God at Horeb, when he said to me, ‘Assemble the people before me to hear my words so that they may learn to revere me as long as they live in the land and may teach them to their children.’ You came near and stood at the foot of the mountain while it blazed with fire to the very heavens, with black clouds and deep darkness. Then the LORD spoke to you out of the fire. You heard the sound of words but saw no form; there was only a voice. He declared to you his covenant, the Ten Commandments, which he commanded you to follow and then wrote them on two stone tablets. And the LORD directed me at that time to teach you the decrees and laws you are to follow in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess. You saw no form of any kind the day the LORD spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire. Therefore watch yourselves very carefully, so that you do not become corrupt and make for yourselves an idol, an image of any shape, whether formed like a man or a woman, or like any animal on earth or any bird that flies in the air, or like any creature that moves along the ground or any fish in the waters below. And when you look up to the sky and see the sun, the moon and the stars - all the heavenly array - do not be enticed into bowing down to them and worshipping things the LORD your God has apportioned to all the nations under heaven.’" Deuteronomy 4:10-19

Muslims say that Abraham build Kaaba but not once in his book it is mentioned that Abraham built the Kaaba.
The Quran Surah 11 Verse 49 clearly states that there had been no prophets to the Arabs before, so it can't be true that Abraham built the Kaaba.

Quran Surah 2 Verse 115
Before Muhammad entered Kaaba he never prayed facing towards the Kaaba.
And to Allah belongs the east and the west. So wherever you [might] turn, there is the Face of Allah . Indeed, Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.
http://quran.com/2/115
Muhammad used to pray facing different directions each time, so when people asked he revealed Surah 2 Verse 115 which means that, East or West Allah is everywhere no matter which direction you face.
So it was only after he entered the Kaaba he got this idea that Muslims should face towards the Kaaba while praying. He was just an opportunistic man.
